We stayed here for a few days while having some work done at our own house. We live 2 blocks away, so we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. It’s a tree-lined street, conveniently located near all major freeways, close to Downtown SJ & Santa Row, and walking distance to a couple restaurants. The house itself had everything we needed. We only slept in the primary bedroom at the back of the house. The mattress was comfortable, but the attached bathroom window & bathroom door windows let light into the bedroom in the early mornings (so I recommend sleeping in the bedroom at the front of the house if you want to sleep in late). No fault of the house, but he neighbors were loud outside at 3am on Sunday night and woke us up (which might be ok if you’re on vacation, but not great if you have to go to work on Monday). There is a tenant who lives in the ADU in the back, so we had to jockey for parking because we had 2 cars & he had 2 cars. The garbage can outside was full when we got there, so we couldn’t fit our trash bag in the can at the end of our stay. But overall, it was good.
