I would rate this as one of the worst stays I’ve had. I was traveling with my sister so before I arrived I wanted to ensure that we were on the same floor and on the same building. Upon checking in, they could not do it. Had to pay extra to get upgraded in order to be in the same room type and same floor. However, I did not get the same room type. My room was half the size of hers. Clearly disappointed that I paid extra for a room type and location when it was a different room type altogether. They explained that they don’t have the same room type as hers as it’s 1 of a kind in the whole resort. They decided to move me to another room which was not “upgraded”. The room was very old. The toilet was constantly flushing by itself. The shower kept making a rattling noise when taking a shower. The maintenance crew came and said they can’t fix it. The supervisor of the hotel was not able to do anything about it. After telling him I wanted to speak with his manager they changed my room again. That whole situation took up half the day. The last room I’ve realized on the second day had an ant problem. At this point, I just let it be. I did notice an exterminator going to the rooms since it was clear that there was some type of infestation.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
There’s no WiFi by the pool areas in the Marina even though I was told there is before I checked in.
Food options were very limited and VERY over priced. Coffee in the morning was $6!
Staff were rude.
