We had our tween and teen children at this location. It was not condusive to a family trip. There were very few options for dining and what was available was not kid friendly or great for adults either. Everything was very expensive and not a lot of choices. The staff was friendly but not super responsive. I asked them to return to clean our room because we had someone napping. They did not return and when we asked for additional towels because our room had not been cleaned, I had to ask 4 times. The room was also not ready when we got there after check in and once we got there, it was not as advertised with a pull out couch and that had to be brought. Overall, it was fine but not great for a family. There were really no places other than the pool to do anything and choices were limited in dining and activities.

Old property

The room I got was next to the hotel's reception and lobby, so the lobby music could be heard loudly in the room. At first, they told me nothing could be done, but after I complained more emphatically, the manager turned the music down. The second night, they turned the music up loud again, and I could barely sleep. The property is outdated, as are the bathrooms and rooms. The breakfast is nothing special. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

I was lied to on the phone 3x about the beach before arriving. They knew the beach was down a month before my arrival but yet told me & my fiance everything was good. My fiance first time in PR, plan to propose on the beach. We sat at the pool the whole stay. Maintenance had to come the room 3x because of the TV. The worst vacation I have ever had.

The room was clean and the a/c was great. It was a bit of a walk up and down stairs which took us to a corner room. Later we found out it was a blessing in disguise (it was far from the noise in the lobby). I usually do not write negative comments about a hotel, however I need to point out several things that can be better. Music in the lobby and main pool area were extremely loud, in the lobby at all times. The 1st day we only stayed at the pool for about 40 minutes in which we couldn’t even have a conversation, DJ music was way too loud. We tried the alternate pool and it was closed to guests as they were preparing for a private event. Next day while at breakfast we were granted a complimentary Continental Breakfast which took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. There is no breakfast buffet. Later we tried the other pool and when we arrived we were surprised to find only 8 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas to cover from the sun which were all being used. Apparently they had removed most of the lounge chairs and umbrellas for the private event the night before and forgot to return them to their original location in the morning. Therefore there was no place to sit. Nonetheless we put our stuff in the grass area and tried to enjoy what was left of our stay in the pool. Once some gusts left we were able to get some lounge chairs. I do have to point out that Natalia (staff member) was very friendly and saved the day. All said….If you’re looking for a hotel to relax, this is not it.

Pretty property, well kept. Very quiet!, If you like smaller resorts with little noise this is for you. This is not a party resort I personally wouldn’t recommend for young children either. It’s a relaxing pretty hotel NO elevators.

Overprice for the quality From the moment you pull over no one will help you. The bellman only assist you after checked in, so prepared to roll your on luggage at the desk. The food specially at the trova restaurant -0, just terrible, overprice and mediocre service. Roaches in the room, bathroom not properly clean. It’s not worthy. Do not waste your money here. I have to checkout the day after my check in I’m still waiting for the final invoice after 3 days. That should tell you the type of service they offered
