The apartment has a private entrance and balcony; the entry doors are secured with a unique access code. It features two queen-size beds for 4 adults, a luxurious new mattress, plenty of pillows, and soft, clean sheets. A complete set of bath towels is provided for each guest. It also features a closet with hangers, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, furniture with drawers for personal belongings, and 4 comfortable chairs.

Please note the trash bins next to the coffee maker and under each nightstand, which have plastic bags at the bottom for daily disposal. As part of the house rules, we recommend disposing of trash daily in the 55-gallon trash bin located at the back of the property.

The spacious bathroom is conveniently located at the end of the room. It has a cabinet with towels and a first-aid kit. The shower also has liquid soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, etc., and features a trash can with plastic bags at the bottom for daily disposal.

And a fire extinguisher at the main entrance.

A beautiful welcoming garden and a deck surrounding the pool at the back of the property; beaches are a 5-minute walk away, and there are various restaurants

Services and common areas
The outdoor space, including the hot tub reserved exclusively for you and your guests, is available for use at any time. The hydrotherapy system is limited to just a couple of hours; you can schedule your preferred time. The 4 jets and the water curtain are perfect for massaging the head, neck, and shoulders.

Outdoor shower, [conveniently located outside the room to quickly rinse sand and/or mud off your body and sandals before entering the room and/or before entering the hot tub, DO NOT BRING SAND OR MUD INTO THE HOT TUB; otherwise, use may be restricted and/or a special cleaning fee may apply for pool maintenance.

Other highlights
There is a restaurant called Kalizo Restaurant just 10 steps away, and other dining options nearby. Gas and electric stoves are not permitted (OSHA regulation).
