The time is now to book your ultimate vacation at Pelicans roost on Sanibel Island. This small complex has undergone a complete remodel with stunning finishes. Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination.
All new furnishings throughout the entire stunning condo!

Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with the comfortable king bed while enjoying the sounds and views of the Gulf. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom featuring two full beds, flat screen television, and ample storage.

Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation. Nice spot, Great place

This was our first stay back at Sanibel since the hurricane. Pelicans Roost was nicely decorated, new, clean, and nestled in with easy beach access. They had everything you need in the unit and even everything you need for the beach. We would stay here again.

November “getaway”

Excellent location for us. Property as stated renovated after hurricane Ian. Nicely done. Had everything we needed at the property to include beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We are routine annual visitors to this area and had a wonderful experience! The island is still undergoing work after the impact of three hurricanes. So, if you are familiar with the area it does look different.Nice to see familiar businesses coming back. Do miss the ones that are not coming back. Excellent communication from the reality company when needed.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The complex just reopened in August. Therefore everything was brand new. That was so nice! This is a great small complex and we would highly recommend. All units are directly oceanfront with beautiful views and nice boardwalk to the beach. There were new chairs and umbrellas to use. We had only 2 issues. The elevator was not operational and we were not told in advance. I don’t do stairs well and we were on the second floor. Also when we booked, it was a certain price per night. Then all the different fees were added. These were from Vrbo not the management co. They totaled over $700. Ridiculous. We will not use Venmo again. We were left no checkout instructions- so we did the usual. The management company however was great to work with.
