Enjoy our condo in this tropical paradise surrounded by great sandy beaches, exquisite wildlife (dolphins galore), miles of endless bike and walking trails, shopping, golf, tennis/ pickle ball court, and of course the finest restaurants. Our Condo is located in a very private, quite corner of Coquina Beach Condos ,which is an intimate upscale Gulf-Waterfront 40 unit complex with its own private boardwalk to your private beach, tennis/ pickle ball court, private heated pool, picnic area, and barbeque grills. Staying here at Coquina 2H , you are steps to your beautiful sandy, shell filled beach and just steps to our refreshing pool. Coquina Beach is located at the eastern end of Middle Gulf Drive and is just a short walk or bike ride to many favorite Sanibel locations. The condo was renovated two years ago, including both bathrooms, appliances, and beautiful custom tile flooring throughout the condo. The beds are all new. We loved it here and would definitely be back! The condo was beautiful, steps from the beach, and was perfectly set up for a family of four and our brother and sister in law to use the upstairs loft! The hosts were wonderful and communicated with us right away.

The property is immaculate. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, it’s well stocked, it’s right on the beach, there’s a pool, plenty of towels and dishes, and glasses and cooking utensils. It was really hard to leave.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was one of best. Great location, updated/seemed new condo, very clean, fantastic communication! If we comes back to Sanibel, there’s no reason look for anywhere to stay.

Condo is beautiful, quiet and steps from the beach! The host has thought of everything. The beds are so comfortable and we slept great which that doesn’t always happen on vacation. There were chairs, umbrella, beach towels and wagon for the beach that we used everyday. The pool is very nice too. I’m so glad we chose this location and will definitely be back!

Our first time staying in this unit and it will certainly not be our last! Super cozy, clean, and the beds are super comfortable! Location is perfect and the beach and pool are just steps from the unit. Ken was very efficient and helpful. Super grateful we found this gem!

Wonderful!!!!! My family of 6 had an amazing stay. The unit was super clean and very spacious. The location couldn’t have been any better. You are only steps to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to all the local flavor. Communication with the owner was spot on. They made sure everything was perfect and let us enjoy our time. This was truly a gem and would recommend to anybody who was going here. Thanks for a great week. Lots of memories were made.

Perfect stay on Sanibel

We had a great stay at this totally renovated condo on Sanibel Island. Ken went out of this way to ensure the condo met our expectations. Condo felt brand new and in the perfect location on the island just steps from the beach. I’ll definitely keep this place at the top of my list for future visits.
