This two bedroom two bath condo situated on West Gulf Drive offers the perfect location to comb the pristine Sanibel beaches or to relax and lay back by the pool on the beach. The open kitchen and multi-use living room / dining area are facing the beach for beautiful views during your time inside the unit. The master bedroom had a comfortable king bed ensuite, a smart tv for your streaming needs and a walk in custom closet. The guest bedroom is situated with two twins and a trundle, a smart tv and a small custom closet to place your belongings. Kings Crown provides a tropical beachfront paradise on the Gulf of Mexico, famous for white sand beaches, incredible shelling and amazing sunsets. A mid-size complex, 54 units with under building parking, pool, tennis, pickleball, picnic area and on-site manager.

Very clean and well equipped unit located directly on the beautiful sand beach, easy to walk on and lots of shells. Facility is undergoing some repair work, but did not interfere at all with our stay. Highly recommend!
