The Owner takes great pride in this relaxed, updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo 77 steps from the beach. Ideal for couples, families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips, etc. Recently updated kitchen, 2 upgraded baths, new tile, carpet and window treatments. New guest room furniture, lamps, etc. Very beachy. 50 inch TV in the living room, 3 DVD's, 2 stereos, hi speed internet. King bed in master, twins in guest room. Large screened lanai overlooks the beautifully landscaped lagoon, pool and partial gulf view. Golf is a block away, restaurant is next door. Bike rental is on site as are barbecue grills and shuffle board. Simply relax and enjoy the beach and the pool! The unit is non-smoking. Small dogs acceptable. Private garage with beach chairs and beach umbrella. This slice of paradise has lots of little extras to make your stay special! 77 steps from the beach and only 30 minutes from RSW airport. Meets all cleaning standards for Covid sanitation

Unit 304 was protected by shutters during hurricane Ian . The condo was spared with no water damage. what you see in this photos is still how it remains. Fresh paint was added but colors are the same .

Relaxing stay on Sanibel Island
Both my friend and I had the same immediate first impression after we arrived - we thought this condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in on vacation, so that was much appreciated! Short walk to the pool and the beach was very good. Pool is in excellent shape and the pool area is a well-maintained area. No place is perfect, so there are always things to be found that can be improved - for example, the mattresses in both of our rooms could be updated and have provided more support (both of us thought they were not very comfortable to sleep in). Kitchen was adequately stocked for two of us. The complex overall was quiet in the evenings. Loved that you can bring a dog with you to the beach at this condo unit! Condo is a short drive to some very good restaurants.

Relaxing Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta ! It’s located near great bike trails, golf, tennis, restaurants and shops. The garage has everything you need for the beach along with a wagon to put it all in! The beach is great with lots of shells to gather. The common areas are real pretty with much greenery and flowers. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot near the stairs, garage, laundry, pool, grill, beach and bikes! My family and I enjoyed the screened in porch to play card games or just relax and read a book. Ann was available to answer all my questions. Front desk was helpful too.

Great location!
The location of this property is great! Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Very spacious condo. VERY friendly office ladies. If you don't need a lot of extra amenities on site, and just a great place to stay- this is perfect.

Family Vacation
We loved the size of the condo and separate bedrooms for our family! It was a perfect distance to the pool and beach! Bikes were easily accessible and a perfect variety of pool and beach toys! A few more linens would have been nice is the only negative. Thanks so much for the stay!!
