Aloft on the hill Puig de Bonany, this property lies in a spectacular, rural setting and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The fantastic outdoor area features a 9.5m x 4m salt water pool, 6 sun loungers and a barbecue. The swimming pool is private and has a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.7m. There is a furnished terrace on the ground floor where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones or just relax on the sofa. Furthermore, you have access to a huge, furnished terrace and another, unfurnished terrace, both on the first floor.

This cottage offers accommodation on two levels and 350 m2. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms; 2 on the GF (1 comes with 1 double bed and the other with 2 twin beds) and 1 on the 1F with double bed, in suite bathroom and access to a private, unfurnished terrace. Apart from the in suite bathroom, there is 1 shower bath and 1 washroom.

The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is nicely furnished and has a fireplace, where you can have a romantic get-together. During the evening, watch a movie on the satellite TV, read a good book or surprise your friends with a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has everything you might need for preparing your favourite dishes, including electric stove. This property has a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This home is located in a rural and charming area near Vilafranca. A short drive takes you to the town centre, where you can find a few shops, restaurants and cafés. Manacor, one of the most important towns of Mallorca, is just 10km away and offers a wide range of stores. Manacor is also the home of the pear factory Majorica. Portocristo is known for its caves ("Cuevas del Drach"), which have been formed by the Mediterranean Sea. Hidden within the caves is "Llac Mantel", a subterranean lake and along its banks, regularly take place concerts of classical music. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, at the same time he most traditional market of the island.
It lasts about 30 minutes by car to reach the coast where you have access to lots of wonderful beaches. Just to mention a few: Son Serra de Marina, Cala Morlanda, Portocristo, Cala Mandia, Cala Magraner and Portocolom.

Amazing and beautiful villa

Amazing and beautiful villa - huge space with comfortable rooms, fantastic views from the terraces and a lovely pool. Host was very friendly and helpful. It’s really well located in the centre of the island - peaceful but close to village with shops etc and easy to get to everywhere. We had a fabulous week.

We stayed in this house for two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house has a lot of living space and is well equipped. From here you have a good starting point to explore the entire island - travel time to Palma or the east coast is approx. 30 minutes.

Somos un grupo de amigos del instituto que nos reunimos para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en la isla de Mallorca. La casa es impresionante en cuanto al tamaño y las vistas, además de limpia y ordenada. Los 6 días que estuvimos disfrutamos de una tranquilidad absoluta en todos los aspectos. El anfitrión Pedro muy majo y muy fácil de contactar. Nos trató de una manera excelente a todos. Recomendable 100%.

Pssssst.–nicht weiter sagen

Wir durften schon vor 16:00 Uhr ins Haus, Pedro wartete schon auf uns. Neben der herzlichen Begrüßung, wartete eine ortstypische Honigmelone und eine Flasche auf uns (35 Grad im Schatten). Pedro zeigte uns erst einmal das ganze Haus mit allen Besonderheiten. In jedem Zimmer findet man eine Klimaanlage, wir haben diese aber nur Nachts angemacht, sonst braucht man ja nicht ins Warme fahren– ;–) Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist schön groß, beginnt flach (gut für kleinere Kinder) und wird nach hinten hin tiefer. Dieser wird alle 4 Tage gereinigt, auch wird der Müll dann immer gleich mitgenommen. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang ziemlich weit oben, man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ort und nachts auf den Sternenhimmel. Lidl, Aldi liegen ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in Manacor. Ansonsten ist der Ort sehr zentral auf der Insel gelegen, sodass man viele Ziele, egal wo, in einer guten halben Stunde erreicht. Wer noch nicht auf Mallorca war, die Eisenbahnfahrt von Palma nach Soller ist toll, der Ort Porto Christo, Can Picafort, alles hat etwas für sich. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, die Insel ist so schön. Viel Spass Euch beim Erkunden.

Dejligt stort hus med rigeligt plads til os 5. Udendørs pool, som dog er lidt kold i starten af april. Stedet er meget roligt og privat, men det kunne i rigtig godt lide. Et rigtig godt udgangspunkt for udflugter rundt på øen. Der er desuden en fin udsigt fra huset og en masse dejlig natur i området. Vi kan anbefale stedet.

Erholung pur

Eine wunderschöne Finca inmitten der malloquinischen Natur. Die Ruhe ist einfach super. Die Finca selbst war sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine verdiente 5+ Sternebewertung :)

Thank you for the best 11 days we’ve had in a long time!

We’ve just arrived home from 11 days at this amazing villa. Pedro and his daughter Anna were there to meet us, even though we were much later than expected due to one of our bags not arriving (another story!). He explained everything, took us on a tour and even left us a bottle of wine, bottle of water and a large melon, from his family to ours. Such a lovely touch. The villa and location are absolutely stunning. Every day we woke up and went straight outside to appreciate the views and the sounds of multiple animals in the distance. The pool is fab (we spent all day in there) and I loved that it wasn’t a chlorine pool. It was cleaned twice whilst we were there. We enjoyed our visits from the two little tortoises most days and could see birds of prey flying above most days. If you are after a relaxing, self contained, picturesque holiday I would 100% recommend Pedro’s house and can’t wait to rerun one day! Thank you for the best 11 days we’ve had in a long time!

Der Aufenthalt in Pedros Haus war traumhaft.

Der Aufenthalt in Pedros Haus war traumhaft. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind unbezahlbar! Das Haus und auch der Pool sind größer als erwartet und sehr sauber. Pedros Empfang war sehr herzlich und er war jederzeit sehr schnell erreichbar. Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar noch länger bleiben als gebucht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es deutsche TV-Programme und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werden definitiv wiederkommen :-)

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt - das Haus war sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, die Außenanlage mit Pool sehr gepflegt, der Blick von den Terrassen wunderschön, die Ruhe sehr zur Erholung geeignet. Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich und man konnte bei Bedarf unkompliziert mit Ihnen in Kontakt treten. Etwas Potential sehen wir lediglich noch bei der Ausstattung der Bäder. Alles in allem sehr gelungene und entspannte Tage!
