"Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in US, even beats most of the 5-star hotels. The room is large and spacious, the bathroom has walk-in show stall which is almost hard to find in U.S., something already a household feature for many decades. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is simply perfect. "

"Staff very courteous. In room coffee should be packaged coffee dropped into hot water. What is provided now is messy. Better yet, provide coffee (thermos) in lobby- Much, much better. No towel bars! Not good with small counter space taken up by stacks of towels Plenty of wall space to accommodate them. Possibly an oversight by contractor? Owners aware of this?"
