"We had an issue with the ac and the lady had someone come look at it and got it fixed. We truly appreciated her help because it was a hot day. This is our third year staying at this motel. Great staff, great experience."

"First night there was an unhoused man smashing bottles outside our window for 20mins. Second morning, there was a dump truck right outside out window. Can hear a lot of noise from halls. Everything else was fine except the noise. Breakfast looked decent but didn’t eat it. Coffee was bad but its a hyatt place."

"We had a large group that stayed there & everyone was happy with their stay. Specifically, with the staff. The young gentleman and young woman at the front desk on Saturday, March 28th were very welcoming and patient with so many of us arriving at the same time. Our bartender at arrival was also very attentive with our drink orders. Would definitely stay there again. The decor is beautiful and calming. And, great service goes a long way after a long train ride. "
