The best thig about this place is the location, it's an alright place to crash for a night or two, but don't expect much, not real clean, not real dirty, hardly any water pressure, kind of quiet, neighbors had their AC cranking much of the night/morning.

Quick and easy stop, ac ran cool on a really hot day. Sort of noisy cross street but that can't be helped. Other than that an easy and inexpensive motel to stay in driving up or down the coast.

The Kind Studio with Kitchen was great! While there are no dishes or utensils supplied automatically, we asked and were given a tote full of a few items which was enough for us to enjoy meals in the room rather than eating in a restaurant. The room was very clean, spacious and bright. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space (patio with table and chairs). Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.
