Everything was good the receptionist Daniella, i dont know the spelling, but was very friendly and nice. Helpful as well. Place seemed safe.

I had read a few reviews and had seen a few complaints about pool not being available. So I called prior to scheduling to ask if pool was back up and running. They said yes and that pool was also heated and they had to hot tubs. Upon arrival to check in the line was long and mostly with other people renting a room and they all had complaints about something not working in the room. One lady had said her lights kept going out the lady at the desk was walking her through what to do to fix it instead of sending someone to fix it. Also come to find out the pool had no heater and both hot tubs were out of service. The “grab and go” breakfast was more of a elementary school sack lunch which consisted of a caprison, Apple, rice crispy treat, and a Danish snack. I’m not making this stuff up. Over all I give it 2 stars.

Our stay was okay... a few minor issues that needs to address... Room light was out only the lamp was working, microwave was not cleaned, remote control was missing the battery covered, hair blowdryer was very old and broken... bathroom the toilet is having issues with the flushing and the shower curtain need to be longer because the water spills out the lenght barley covers every movement pushed it out water spills. I love that you can just slide the back door open very convenient for pet family. Great location about 4blocks to the boardwalk...

Property is very old and in a shady area lots of street people about sign on property says not responsible for your car or contents not a comfortable stay.....

Over all good at the this price. Better than expect. Nice spainish style buiding with balcony. Will stay again!
