The beautiful Villa Beach Palmitos is located in Can Picafort, in the largest bay of the Balearic Islands between the Natural Park LaAlbufera, Icona and Son Real in the north of Mallorca, only 500 m away from the beach, and is ideal for families and larger groups. The , newly renovated holiday home is spread over 3 floors and consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (one of them with a single bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a table tennis table and a television. The house also has an impressive outdoor area: a balcony, a green garden, 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a sparkling pool that invites you to take a refreshing dip. The nearest supermarket is 550 m away from the accommodation (6 minutes on foot); a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés are within 450 m of the property (5 minutes on foot), and the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is only 500 m away (6 minutes on foot).

Fantastic family villa

The villa exceeded all our expectations. Everything was provided and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults and 3 children stayed and there was so much room to use. Outside area was spacious with plenty of seats and tables. Lots of shade to relax in and the pool was just perfect. The nearest supermarket was only a short walk away and the beach was 5 - 10 min gentle stroll. We couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect to stay.

Great location

Pros: Villa was very convenient to shops and restaurants. Pool was good as were outdoor facilities ie plenty of places to sit or sunbathe. Table tennis table was an excellent addition as were inflatables and towels provided for pool area. Host was lovely, very accommodating. As our flight arrived early we were able to have an early check in which was great. Cons: Air conditioning in bedrooms (except small bedroom) was great but the lack of it in main areas of house ie lounge and kitchen areas was an issue. Also although villa had a rustic feel to it, it is in need of modernisation in lots of areas.

A very beautiful location

My wife and I had the pleasure of sharing a beautiful 5 days with a group of 6 other friends. The villa was a perfect location to enjoy ourselves around a great pool, while having a short stroll when we wanted to a beautiful beach with incredible Mediterranean waters. Everything you need from a support perspective IE grocery, shops, restaurants, etc are all a 2 minute walk away. The facility was spacious and fine for 8 adults. Tony our proprietor could not have been more accessible and accommodating, a really great guy. 1 heads up, the facility has 3 bedrooms with 2 or double beds, and 2 bedrooms with only a single bed, which differs from the listing info. Would gladly stay here again. Gracias Antonio.

Photos are not up to date and are misleading

The positives - villa is well located, suitable for large groups the gardens are well maintained, pool is nice, but un-heated, great for the warmer weather to come. The negatives - house had been shut up for winter so ground floor smelt quite damp. So much so that the owner came to visit and suggested ventilating. Unfortunately we were unable to use one of the five bedrooms as a result. The plumbing required unblocking in the ground floor sink, a simple but inconvenient fix that should have been attended to prior to our arrival given the cost of the accommodation. The house is very old and the electrics are not up to standard - the oven tripped the fuse box so we ate half of our meal in darkness waiting for the owners son (the host) to arrive to fix it. He disconnected the oven and told us to not use any of the heaters provided (despite it being 10 degrees in the evening!). They repaired the oven without communicating this to us so we did not know they had let themselves into the property and did not know we were able to cook which was annoying. The garden furniture is no longer the luxurious wooden thickly padded set that appears in the photo. It is now a basic black rattan set with thin cushions. The lounge sofas have also been replaced with a basic and smaller sofa that seats less. Neither idea if you are a group. They should be more transparent with their photography. The host offered a partial refund for the inconvenience but then turned nasty and VRBO had to mediate.

Familienurlaub Juli 2023

Wir, zwei Familien (4 Kids, 6 - 12 Jahre) waren im Zeitraum Mitte bis Ende Juli 2023 in der Villa Palmitos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bestens funktioniert. Problemfreie Übergabe (Schlüsseltresor) Parken: In der Regel immer ein oder zwei Plätze direkt vor dem Haus frei! Ansonsten kann man in der Einfahrt im Hof parken - mit Seat Ibiza hat gepasst. Haus: Großes Haus, ausreichend Platz! Alle Schlafzimmer, bis auf ein Einzelzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet! Das untere Bad erfüllt seine Funktion, Duschtrennwand nicht dicht, muss man achtsam duschen! Die Küche ist super! Spülmaschine top! Ausreichend Platz zum kochen! Außenbereich: Der Außenbereich ist das Highlight! Sehr schöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte 🔥, Hängematte, Liegen, Mehrere Sitzecken, verschiedene Grills, Außendusche. Der Pool wurde dreimal kontrolliert, gesäubert und Chlorgeprüft. Mücken: Autan, Kerzen, in Massen erforderlich! Die Viecher sind anstrengend! Schlafzimmertüren immer geschlossen halten als Tipp! Lage: Traumhafte Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand, Supermarkt direkt erreichbar 2 Minuten mit dem Auto (Mercadona, Aldi Nord, Eroski) Wir kommen gerne wieder

große Finca, super Lage, tolle Anlage

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, die Finca ist sehr geräumig und bietet vor allen Dingen draußen sehr viel Platz zum Sitzen, Liegen, (Tischtennis) Spielen, Grillen. Wir hatten kein Auto, es war alles fußläufig super zu erreichen (Aldi, Eroski, Strand, Restaurants). Auch die Busverbindung z.B. nach Inca auf den Markt und zum Flughafen hat super funktioniert.

Pros: Schöner Pool. Großes Haus mit drei Bädern und toller Außenanlage. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Cons: Teilweise etwas abgewohnt. Bäder haben deutlich unterschiedlichen Standard. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage.

Wunderbare Tage in Can Picafort

Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat uns super gefallen. Wir waren zu 9. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und wir hatten alle genügend Platz. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist nur zu empfehlen . Außerdem gibt es zwei gemütliche Sitzecken . Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und höfflich und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung . Außerdem lief die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos ab. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte , zum Strand läuft man auch nicht weit. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und ich würde das Haus erneut mieten.

toller Familienurlaub

Pros: Das Haus hat eine super Größe für uns als Familie. Es sind genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden. Küche ist im Großen und Ganzen gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist größer als erwartet und hat eine tolle Tiefe, so kann man seine Bahnen ziehen. Sitzgelegenheiten sind ausreichend gegeben, man findet immer einen Schattenplatz. Zu Fuß sind Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel, aber 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mittendrin. Toni ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter und hat regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr reserviert und freuen uns schon wieder sehr darauf. Cons: Die Bäder sollten dringend renoviert werden. Das Wlan ist extrem schwach, kann eigentlich nicht wirklich genutzt werden. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es entgegen der Ausschreibung keine Klimaanlage sondern nur eine Art Ventilator. Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und ein Teil vom Kücheninventar könnte gerne ersetzt werden. Es gab eine regelrechte Moskitoplage. Hier hat nichts geholfen. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber für die Kinder war es sehr schmerzhaft. Pool wurde in 12 Tagen nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt, das war bei der Hitze definitiv zu wenig.

Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!

Das Haus mit Pool und Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand mit Promenade und Essensmöglichkeiten ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Auf flexible An- und Abreisezeiten wurde sofort eingegangen, Restaurant Tips und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wurden vorab von ihm an uns gesendet. Wir waren super glücklich mit der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem TOP Haus!

Wir (6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) durften einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in einem TOP Haus verbringen. Für 10 Tage durften wir die wirklich schöne und großzügige Villa Beach Palmitos bewohnen. Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich viel Platz für 8 Personen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen alle über ein separates Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlagen sind komplett neu und laufen ohne Probleme. Die Villa ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Pool ist riesig und das Grundstück hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es gibt viele Liegeflächen (auch überdacht), einen Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte und Dart. Die Villa befindet sich wirklich Fußläufig zum Stand (5 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. In unseren 10 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde 2x der Pool gereinigt und wir haben neue Handtücher inkl. einem großen Beutel mit frischen Obst erhalten. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Alles in allem was es ein perfekter Urlaub in einem sehr guten Haus. Wir überlegen schon, wann wir ein zweites Mal kommen, weil es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal von uns allen für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. ;)

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage!

Dieses schöne Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch zentral in Can Picafort. Nach sehr kurzem Fußweg erreicht man den wunderschönen, flachen, sauberen und familienfreundlichen Strand "Playa de Muro"! Unserer Meinung nach der beste Strand für einen Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern und der ganzen Familie in Mallorca. Viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig oder nach sehr kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr schön gestaltet und man merkt an den vielen Details, dass die Gastgeber dort früher auch selber gelebt haben. Die 5 Schlafzimmer, die 3 Bäder, die 2 Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Wohnküche sind alle sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Außengelände ist ebenfalls mit viel Liebe und einem grünen Daumen gestaltet worden. Es gibt dort jede Menge Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, 2 weitere Esstische, 2 Grills, eine Tischtennisplatte und natürlich den zentralen Pool, der eine angemessene Größe hat und unseren Kindern viel Freude bereitet hat! Die Gastgeber sind unaufdringlich, sehr nett und höflich, waren immer erreichbar, stets zur Stelle und haben, je nach Wetterlage, auch immer mal wieder tolle Ideen für Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche per eMail geschickt. Darüber hinaus wurde der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt, frische Handtücher vorbeigebracht und sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Es gibt hier (ausnahmsweise ;-) wirklich nichts zu meckern, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und es ist ein tolles Haus! Vielen Dank. Christian & Familie
