Lido-Key- Newly remodeled TINY Studio. 7-10 min walk to the beach and St.Armands Circle. Quaint main floor studio in a great location. This is an affordable way to enjoy this popular area. One of the top beaches in the U.S. This cozy cottage features a Queen bed, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fully stocked cooking items & dishes, along with beach chairs, and beach towels. Located at 170 Roosevelt Dr., Sarasota
The space:
Studio is tiny, yet roomy for 2 people. Completely remodeled.
Guest access:
We have an on-site heated pool for the condo complex to use. On-site free parking for guests.
Other things to note:
We offer beach chairs and beach towels. Also, behind our complex is kayak rental. Bike rental within 2 blocks. VEO e scooter rentals found throughout the area. The Beach is a 7-min walk and there are 2 public access points.

The location is amazing, but our vintage building was built in the 50’s, so keep that in mind so that your not expecting a brand new complex. Updates are always on-going. Our studio is small, yet comfortable.

**NO Children & NO Electric Car Usage on complex allowed**

We really enjoyed our week in the Lido Beach area.  The location was wonderful - close to the point (South Lido Park), the beaches, kayaking and St. Armand's Circle.  The accommodations had everything we needed.  I was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use!  It was also nice to have a pool available for the small complex. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well.

This is a cozy place in a great location- just a 7 minute walk from Lido Beach. The complex was quiet and peaceful. There is a free shuttle bus into downtown Sarasota every 15 minutes. And it’s a 15 minute walk to St Armand’s circle, with many good restaurants

Nice place in the middle of the park and the circle. Simple and affordable. Well priced. Got my moneys worth. Many place overcharge for less accommodations. I got a cheaper place with basics which allowed me to have more spending money. Would come back.

This property is so cute and the location to the beach is unbeatable. We loved staying at this little apartment and felt safe and comfortable the whole time! Appliances were great for what we needed and we loved having the umbrella, beach chairs and wagon. Total game changer! The only thing I would recommend is to put curtains up in addition to the blinds on the windows to block the light from the parking lot. We definitely recommend this VRBO and would for sure stay again!
