This recently updated townhome is located in a small neighborhood on a dead end street. Enjoy the off street parking and the back yard full length deck complete with gas fire pit and gas grill after a beautiful day enjoying Saratoga Lake, Downtown Saratoga’s world class shopping and dining plus the Farmers’ Market, SPAC, Avenue of the Pines, Raceway winning and don't forget the plentiful choices of Museum touring. Our location is an easy drive to all the delightful spots our area has to offer. Don't forget the Winter Sports available on scenic West Mountain and Gore Mountain. We have trails galore for Fall "leaf peeping" and Winter snowshoeing and cross country skiing. You have to visit the historic Saratoga Battlefield located in Schuylerville! Minutes away. While you are there, if you love ice cream, please visit King Brothers Dairy! Choose to stay inside? Enjoy the first floor living space amenities complete with large screen TV, gas burning fireplace, dining area that comfortably seats 12 and spacious kitchen and wet bar for yummy food and drink prep! Relax and chill if you choose, as each bedroom is its own ensuite with full bathroom and smart TV. The downstairs ensuite is equipped with coffee bar, fridge and microwave. Beautiful Home

For the past 10 years my husband and I have been going to Saratoga with two other couples! We all agreed, Susan’s house was absolutely one, if not the best house we have stayed in! It was extremely clean and well appointed! It was perfect for all of us including each couple having their own bathroom! Amazing home and host!

Saratoga long weekend getaway

My friends and I picked Susan’s home because we have stayed at other locations in the area that weren’t very attractive from the pics but convenient to the track, and we wanted an upgrade. This delivered! Beautiful home, so well maintained and Susan was an excellent host. Incredibly responsive throughout the entire process from booking to check in to while at the house to checkout and afterwards. We would absolutely love to stay here again next summer, and it’s only a few minutes from the Lake, restaurants and less than 15min to the track. Great stay!!!

Saratoga Gem

We had the privilege of being the first guests at Susan’s lovely home! It is a comfortable, well appointed, beautifully decorated home close to everything that Saratoga has to offer. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone. I would highly recommend this home.
