"Black mold in the shower grout"

"Woken up very early at 7am to give us towels when we told them we would like them in afternoon. Then very loud construction work right next to our room. Started before 7:30am. Most instructions were not followed and they kept calling us and house keeping tried to enter room when told we didn’t want it when we finally got to sleep after being woken up prior. Hall ways were full of construction debris and plastic draping that was almost tripping hazards. "

"The room was not as nice as our previous stay, definately in need of a lot of work in the hallways and room. Breakfast was over at Ricky's which was ok but not a stellar breakfast very bland. And had to pay extra for juice for my kid. And the screaming person in the stairwell and down the hallway the first night was crazy had to call down to get dealt with then the person returned the next night and was screaming again. Walls extremely thin "
