Motel not comfort

This place is not like any other comfort in I’ve stayed in. It was really a motel. The room door did not have a seal, clear gap around the door, and the window shade did not block any artificial or natural light out. There is no elevator. They room pets on the main floor and those without on the second, so you must be able to navigate the stairs with your luggage / etc. the bed was not comfortable and was quite itchy. The air conditioning was ok but def not working at peak Performance. Fridge worked and had a freezer. It was clean but very old. Front desk staff was excellent. I was regretful that I didn’t book the newer Super 8 down the road.

Front desk is garbage. Door was locked. Continual knocking and banging on the door and calling the front desk got no response. When I showed up there was already a lady outside trying to check in as well who had been there for some time and no one was around to let her in the whole time she was outside doing the same thing I was doing.

This is an okay place to stay for an overnight stop over. No additional amenities and breakfast is just normal. Our toilet bowl clogged at night, we were provided a plunger for us to sort it out. We sorted it out and it was okay! The staff were friendly and helpful.

I made a mistake on checkin date. Expedia asked for a refund or credit. Hotel said "Your mistake! Too bad. Next time don't book with Expedia!" Didn't check in. Lost prepayment. Hotel clerk was unforgiving. Will I choose this hotel again? NO.

Okay for a quick stay, price was good

The bed was a little too hard for a bad back, no pillow top. The black out curtains were skimpy, so light came in early. The breakfast however, was excellent, and the staff very nice.
