We booked this hotel for an easy convient location to pick up a family member from the airport at 1 am in the morning. However, the maid tried to get in without even a knock or saying housekeeping at 8 am in the morning! We had just barely got to sleep. If we didn’t have the door latched she would have walked right in. Thank goodness my daughter was awake and indeed confirmed there was no knock or request to enter our room! Just appalling!!! And then a phone call to our room 40 mins later! And hotel front desk say they have no idea who would have called! We did not checkout, nor did we request housekeeping. Mostly all of us were still sleeping because we had been up late. That is why we picked this hotel for the convenience and the soundproofing that it says it has, but we were,needless to say, awoken prematurely anyways. Manager was gone for next 3 days. Had to call back to talk to him. He never reached out. No effort to apologize or resolve the issue. Breakfast was horrible. Looked like it had sat out for hours and very few options! UPDATE: after reaching out numerous, numerous time to the hotel and Travelocity, who we booked the room through, we were told that we requested the housekeeping, and therefore they could not compensate us for the inconvenience we experienced. No apology,nothing. Highly do not recommend staying here unless you want to get scammed! Will never stay again.

My Stay

The TV didn’t work properly - we had someone come up to look at it but it just kept saying low signal! Ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor; finally, found out I had to go to the 4th floor! (We were on the third floor.) This morning, I discovered that the mattress/cover had very significant stains which clearly showed through the bottoms sheet but were at the bottoms of the bed! There was also a wad of hair under the bottom sheet! I have stayed there in the past, but it didn’t seem to be up to par this time! I told the front desk clerk when I checked out and said that I probably wouldn’t be back.

Room was great, very large and bright. Staff were a bit slow with check in, and the breakfast included was nothing to get excited for. For a ‘pet-friendly’ hotel which charges pet fees it was not very pet friendly. There was significant restrictions including dogs had to take the stairwell, not the elevator.
