Hotel is in a great location and the staff was wonderful. Only concern is you ca tell the property is getting a bit run down. The pool needs a deep clean, people are writing their names in the scum on the walls of the pool. The stairs to the water slide are rusting and kind of gross. And there were two families with children in the pool that the kids very obviously had hand foot and mouth. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but more of an fyi to the hotel to ensure rooms are sanitized properly between guests. Every surface needs to be sanitized. It was an ok hotel and probably good if you’re just needing a place to sleep, beds were comfy. Shower is getting old and gross.

They were so helpful and understanding. They wanted to help all the time. The only thing I did not like was the bed in 300 it was hard to lay on

Our room was good. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is not great but the stairwell between the 1st and 2nd floor smells so strong of mold.

Definitely needs some upgrades, the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom cause warping/mold/mildew on the bathroom door and walls. Would not recommend if you’re asthmatic. Very little water pressure in the shower and the faucet was difficult to turn off. Unfortunate because it’s in a great area with lots of shopping options nearby; staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, breakfast was decent.
