Cabernet Cottage minutes away from downtown & Oval beach! Hot Tub/Bonfire/Patio

Charming cottage located in the heart of beautiful Saugatuck. Cabernet Cottage, with its 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, private backyard with a hot tub and generous patio space, appeals to guests looking for a place to relax outdoors but still close to all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment downtown Saugatuck has to offer.

The main floor bedroom boasts a Queen bed and beautiful morning light through two large East facing windows. Three guest bedrooms and a half bath occupy the upstairs and include Queen beds in two rooms and two Twin beds in the other.

The living room which is bright and open to the kitchen is complete with a large incredibly comfortable sectional couch, tv and fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and is accommodating to cooking meals for the group. Off the kitchen is a formal dining room which opens up to one of the two outside decks.
Opening from the kitchen are full length glass french doors that draw you out to the hot tub and accompanying deck. The bricked patio space seats eight and is complemented wonderfully by a gas grill.
Enjoy smores on bonfire located on the side of the house, as shown in pictures.

Cabernet Cottage is great as a homebase for enjoying downtown Saugatuck only a half mile away and renowned Oval Beach only 5-7 minutes away by car. There is enough space to play outside during the day, grill out or just relax with a glass of wine and at night have a stress relieving soak in the hot tub.

Hot tub is available all year round. Coach house by the patio, used mostly for storage, is not guaranteed for availability.
We have a local professional cleaning company that cleans for us and a local laundry facility that cleans our linens for every reservation. Assuring you of a clean home for your stay.

Very comfortable for a 8 person girls weekend. We enjoyed the easy access to downtown, the firepit and the adorable back yard with the sitting area. We really enjoyed our mini college reunion, the house easily accommodated the five of us. We enjoyed the outdoor space, perfect for chatting and playing games. The house is in a wonderful location, a short walk to Saugatuck’s shops and restaurants. Also very close to Douglas, which has some very good restaurants too!

The Cabernet Cottage was very cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to town and a short drive to Holland to see the tulips. Kim was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! We stayed for my best friends bachelorette and it did not disappoint! The host was super nice and helpful! Loved the hot tub since it ended up being chilly it was the perfect addition! The location is so close to downtown and everything we had planned making it easy to walk!
