Welcome to The Blue Cottage at Maple Ridge Cottages

A charming retreat just steps from the edge of town, The Blue Cottage is a beautifully styled, two-bedroom getaway, perfect for up to four guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the cottage includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy your private front and back decks—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening The back deck features a private hot tub and gas grill, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a meal outdoors. In the off-season relax inside next to the gas fireplace in the living room for added comfort.

Tucked among three other quaint cottages, guests can also gather around the shared communal fire pit for stories and s’mores under the stars. Pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends are welcome too!

Conveniently located just across the street from the city limits, The Blue Cottage offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, nature-filled setting with easy access to town—just a short drive or a leisurely walk away.


By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:
(Please note: All rules are strictly enforced)

1. NO SMOKING. All of our rentals are non-smoking properties.
2. GUESTS ASSUME ALL RISKS. You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur on-site or for any lost or stolen items.
3. NO PARKING OF BOATS, TRAILERS OR TENTS. Trailers must be parked off-site: arrangements can be made in advance. Tents of any kind are not allowed. There is a parking lot for cars at the cottages.
4. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The number of guests specified in your booking (maximum four, including children) cannot be exceeded for safety reasons. Unauthorized guests may result in forfeiture of your booking without refund. Inflatable mattresses, tents, and similar setups are not permitted.
6. PETS. One dog (under 75 pounds) is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. Pets must be on a leash, not left unattended, and excessive noise (e.g., barking) may result in early departure without refund. An unauthorized pet will incur a $500 fee and must be removed immediately. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7. DAMAGES. Reported any damages during your stay. Unreported damages discovered after departure may result in charges to your credit card for repair or replacement.
8. CLEANING SEVICES. Cleaners will visit after your stay to take care of linens and towels. Contact our office during your stay if additional cleaning support is needed.
9. GRILLS. Grills are shared and to be cleaned after each use.
10. QUIET HOURS. 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Loud noise at any time of day, as well as disruptive parties or drinking games, are strictly prohibited. Neighbors must not hear you inside or outside after 10:00 PM.
11. AGE RESTRICTION. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and required to present identification during your stay if needed.
12. NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS. Formal gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the property and its amenities. Unapproved events can result in immediate eviction without refund.
13. HOT TUB RULES. A maximum of two people are allowed in the hot tub at a time. Adults must accompany children in the hot tub. Please rinse off oils and lotions before use, and avoid using bath towels. Hot tub towels are provided.
14. FIREWORKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
15. FIREWOOD. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at local stores. If there is firewood there you are welcome to use it.

IMPORTANT:
These rules are strictly enforced due to local city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. Any violation(s) will result in applicable fines, loss of security deposit, and/or termination of the rental without refund. Thank you for respecting the property and helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests and our neighboring community.
