With a peaceful location just a short walk from downtown, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and style.

Upstairs, the airy great room welcomes you with abundant natural light streaming through large windows. The living area features comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for relaxing movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight, ideal for family meals or group dinners. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a celebratory feast. Step onto the deck off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while watching the sunset through the trees.

- Though it may look like a driveway, the adjacent alley is a public right-of-way. Please park in front of the garage and do not block the alley.
- The property is serviced once a month by a private pest company that is not affiliated with Mill Pond Realty. They will never access the house, but you may see them on the property briefly during your visit.
- The home has doorbell cameras at both entrances that record video and audio when they detect motion.

Perfect House for the Holiday

We rented this house in Saugatuck for 10 days to celebrate my wife’s birthday as well as New Years.House was spotless and well equipped. Having two living areas is a plus (especially with family). The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever seen in a rental and we’ve done many VRBO rentals. The management company that manages the property is the best. Easy check in, quick responses to questions and checked with us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The even left a my wife a bottle of wine and a birthday card signed by their team…nice touch!Downtown is walkable, weather permitting and you’re not as old as I am. We’ve stayed in Saugatuck several times and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this house! It was great for us 5 girls. The check in process at an off site office is something I hadn’t see before so just be prepared for that! A few tips: 1. Open the vents when you arrive especially in the basement. It was chilly down there!!! 2. Don’t forget your own shampoo, soap, and conditioner. There weren’t any bathroom toiletries provided. 3. They have beach towels if you need them! 4. If you plan to make a charcuterie board and have some wine they have all the necessary tools! Cheese knives, boards, dishes, plenty of wine glasses and champagne glasses. 5. You can walk to town! Save on parking. 6. Do your grocery shopping on the way in - not many grocery spots near by. 7. Bring some ear plugs or sounds device if you are a light sleeper. The basement bedrooms hear everything going on on the main floor. Thank you for having us!! We enjoyed our stay!!
