Great location! Close to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, beaches. House is very nice with a good set up for friends. We were 5 women, 2 got single rooms and 3 were in the bunk room, which has a pocket door diving the bunkbed from the 2 twin beds. One full bath down for the 4 sleeping down and 1 full upstairs for the main bedroom and shared living space. We enjoyed the deck in the treetops and also the little screened porch accessible from the main bedroom and the living space. Kitchen was good for what we needed.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The property exceeded our expectations—it was even better than described. The house is cozy, spotless, big and packed with amenities, making it perfect for a trip with teenagers. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to Oval Beach, Douglas, and downtown Saugatuck. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home in the woods! We had a great time and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kids to play. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated all the extra towels!

We were very impressed with this rental. Extremely easy to communicate with property manager, extremely clean house. Looks better and bigger than the pictures as well, if I need a rental in Saugatuck I would stay there again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable house that we totally enjoyed! Decorated beautifully, great kitchen, such a relaxing setting, we loved all the natural light and views of the woods! The house is spacious, immaculate, top-notch quality and just delightful! Such an easy , quick drive to downtown Saugutuck also! Check out the retro boats to rent, so vintage and fun!
