This is a beautiful, well maintained property. It is very clean, and is in a great location to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Best kept secret
We had such a great time. There's a Kroger up the street, if we need to save money. There's a liquor store around the corner to lift our spirits, and parks, restaurants, and cemeteries all within walking distance. We had an amazing time, this is now an anniversary destination every year.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We were able to walk about parts of the town easily or catch the public transportation. Having parking on the facility was a plus! We had a private patio. It was an amazing place to stay. Should we return to Savannah, we would choose to stay there again.

Great Place To Stay
The manor is amazing and the location ideal. We did not move our car for the 2 nights we spent here and we walked everywhere. Walking to the river was about 30 minutes. Our room was large and comfortable. We received a great welcome on arrival and shown where tea and coffee could be made and where we could use the microwave. We did feel it should be staffed more as after 6pm and before late morning there is no one around if you have problems or questions. It felt like the Marie Celeste!! From reports I read, it used to be a B&B but there is no food now. This is a pity and it would also be a great way to meet other people staying at the manor. There was a fridge in our room so we made our own breakfast. We would definitely stay at Godley Manor again.

Gorgeous victorian room! I stayed in 301 which was a corner room, there were four big windows, a fireplace and a nice bathroom. Bed was huge and the room was always cool. I do however wish that the hotel had more food options for breakfast/ snacks.

Very nice historic home. Our "check-in" person was very friendly and showed us the house. After 6pm or before 1pm no staff is on propety for questions and check-out. Would have been nice to some type of coffee or light breakfast.

We loved the character of this lovely property and especially appreciated that the furnishings were authentic to the period of the house. It's located in a nice area of Savannah. Our room and bed were very comfortable.
