Ideal Location on Jones Street in the Historic District! Sit in rocking chairs on the side porch and relax! Amazing Value! King Bed in Master, King bedroom with access to private 3rd story porch, Pullout sofa in sunroom!

From the moment you set foot in this gorgeous Savannah Brick townhouse you will feel the like an authentic Savannah native. This home is furnished with comfortable contemporary furniture along with beautiful antiques and decorated with genuine Savannah memorabilia and art, including historical information about this very house.

Situated in an ideal spot between Forsyth Park and River St, this home is convenient to a large grocery store (Kroger), restaurants and many shops. Parking is free and easy on the street outside this home. This is a 3-story classic townhouse with a separate apartment on the ground level (not part of this listing) and the 'main house' which is this listing is comprised of floors 2 and 3. There are 2 Bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms! One bathroom is en suite with the back bedroom and the other is off the hallway. There is also an office upstairs with a futon where one person could sleep.

A half bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen. There is a pullout sofa bed in the back den 'sun room' behind the kitchen area. With this home, guests who want genuine Historic Savannah 'charm' have a fantastic option.

It was a beautiful 1800’s home with the original flooring, 10’ ceilings and full of antiques including a portrait of the owners in the late 1800’s mustache cup, shaving brush lots old irons, a chamber pot, pitcher @ wash pan and much more. The house is located near the historic center, no need to use a car. It's a very old house and could benefit from deep cleaning and renovations, but the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. A great place if you want to experience Savannah and its history.

Very cute house! Missing basic items that are usually at a rental like pizza pan and pizza cutter. Three spoons all had sharp edges and were unusable. Bottom of dishwasher was very gross. A little further from town then i would have liked.

Best location for 2 couples in the winter. The heat rising to the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect at night. The location could not have been better. Centrally located to EVERYTHING. The house had a balcony to see all of Savanah from any angle. We especially loved the history of the house used as decor for the walls. It was so interesting to read all the blueprints and genealogy. The men had to be torn away from researching the history so we could experience it. I didn't mention the furniture. Wow. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were very sound tight and private. We will definitely be staying here again. Great host, we never saw. Everything was perfect so we didnt need to contact them and our stay was never interpreted. Thank you for helpinng making our first 2026 trip a success.

Savannah experience

We did not have a car so location was ideal - walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed all of the tours we took wheel in Savannah.
