The Property:

Built in 2021, our upscale penthouse is one of the newest and most luxurious builds in Scarborough. Situated in a private building with only 10 units, it offers an exclusive and serene retreat. The property is handicap and disability friendly, featuring automated doors and a wheelchair-accessible lift. Enjoy peace of mind with security cameras and the safety of a secure neighborhood. For your convenience, private covered parking is available.

Bathroom:

Our elegant bathroom features a newly customized shower and a premium soaking tub. We provide high-quality towels and environmentally conscious, health-focused bathing products to ensure a refreshing experience.

Living/Dining Area:

The living area showcases floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light. Relax by our custom fireplace embedded into our entertainment wall for the ultimate relaxation experience. The UHD smart TV allows you to stream Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and more. The dining area is seamlessly integrated with the living space, making it perfect for gatherings and enjoying meals on our travertine top dining table.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom is a serene retreat with direct access to the terrace. It features a very comfy SIMBA double mattress adorned with high-end linens and automated black-out shades for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy ample closet space and the convenience of radiators to keep you cozy throughout your stay.

Second Bedroom:

The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, including another luxurious SIMBA double mattress with high-end linens and closet space for your belongings. It also features automated black-out shades and a heater to ensure a pleasant stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential pots, pans, utensils, and spices for your culinary needs. Modern appliances such as a dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer add to the convenience of your stay. Feel free to use our microwave, toaster, hob & oven for all your cooking.

Guest Access:

Upon arrival, you will be provided with a fob for building access and a key for our private unit.

Guests have full access to all areas of the penthouse, including the expansive wrap-around deck, luxurious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities described in the property description. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, from the electric fireplace and UHD smart TV to the premium linens and towels.
