Beau séjour

Nous avons passĂ© du bon temps Ă  Searsport. La plage privĂ©e est vraiment jolie. Merci Ă  Jason qui est un hĂŽte trĂšs attentif tout est bien expliquĂ© dans cette maison trĂšs confortable et jolie. Je crois qu’avec le temps un peu plus d’intimitĂ© sur le terrain serait vraiment bien. Je conseille cette maison Ă  proximitĂ© de parcs, Belfast, Camden.

Great stay, well-equipped house. We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had all the necessities. Heating was also really nice with the room-by-room temp control. Beds were comfy, and good places for sitting around the house. Location was very convenient for visiting with my family in Belfast. Quick/easy communication with owner was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Very well equipped; efficient heating; an impressively thought-out presentation; Property was conventionally but acceptably landscaped around the house; greater area unimpressive; views of the Bay through trees. We wished for better lighting to read by in the main room, but made do with what we could piece together. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, and very well appointed home! Jason was always helpful and consistently responded to messages within 5-15 minutes. This was the perfect “home base” for us as we enjoyed Maine from Portland to Bar Harbor.

All three generations of our family who stayed at the Heart Rock House had a fabulous time. We loved the house and the beach. The house had everything we needed and it was incredible to have a beach mostly to ourselves each day! We loved looking for sea glass, exploring the tide pools, paddle boarding (we brought ours), and swimming. We also loved watching all the various birds including osprey, hawks, eagles, loons and more. Ending the day with dinner from the grill and then a fire with smores, was perfect.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Heart Rock House. Five star hosts and home and we would definitely stay again. The AC kept the entire space comfortable during a hot week. The house is clean with comfortable beds and furniture, and more spacious than it looks in pictures. Everything is updated and the kitchen plenty stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the small yard which provided some welcomed shade and a place for kids to play in the afternoon. We appreciated the beach wagon and a few kids toys available. Jason was fantastic and quick to communicate. We had a hiccup at check in but it was resolved quickly and fairly. The beach at low tide was our favorite. We only saw a couple of other people during our one week stay, we pretty much had it to ourselves. We found lots of treasures - sea glass and many shells and even 7 sand dollars. The water was calm but we didn’t swim because there were too many jellyfish washing up on shore. From what I’ve heard this had been common around Maine this summer, not just here. The house was closer to town than expected with all the amenities nearby. Hannaford, restaurants, ice cream, even a small bowling alley a minute down the road. Stop at Perry’s nut house if you have young kids - a neat little general store. Thank you for a lovely getaway for our family. We hope to return!

Great House in Searsport

The house was perfect for grandparents, parents, AND kiddos. Everything is all on one level, plenty of space for everyone. The house is bright and clean, with easy walkable access to a lovely quiet beach. Jason was extremely communicative and available. Would certainly stay again!

Perfect Maine Coast Getaway!

Absolutely magical stay in Searsport - couldn’t have asked for better!We just returned from an incredible four days at this beautiful Searsport property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location is absolutely perfect - just a short, easy walk to the private beach. We loved being able to stroll down to the water whenever we wanted, whether for morning walks along the shore or playing in the tide pools.The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the peaceful setting - close enough to easily walk to the beach but tucked away in a quiet, relaxing spot.What really made this special was how authentically Maine it felt - we were just minutes from Searsport and Belfast charming downtown with its antique shops. Fort Knox and Bucksport were easy day trips, and we loved exploring the nearby state parks.

This was an outstanding property. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail. The bathrooms were modern and efficient and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen was superbly equipped. We enjoyed the peace and quiet walking along the private beach at the end of the garden and enjoyed visiting some of the pretty towns in the local vicinity. A terrific rental and extremely helpful hosts.

Beautiful property - highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Heart Rock House! There was more than enough room for the 4 of us, and would be great for a family. The amenities were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked...everything we needed for cooking. The home is beautifully furnished and exquisitely decorated. Jason was a responsive host...always getting back to me promptly. A short 5 minute walk will get you down to the beach. It was November, so no swimming for me, but it would be great in the summer months! And who said the East coast doesn't have sunsets!? I saw a beautiful sunset over the ocean by simply turning to the right. It was about a 3.5 hour drive up from Boston, and only another hour up to Acadia National Park for a day trip there. Plenty of cute port towns to get some amazing lobster/seafood. I highly recommend this property if you want a nice place to stay in Maine!

Stunning Cottage

My wife and I stayed here three nights and were blown away by the beauty and attention to details of the place. Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well thought out. The host was friendly and welcoming and the check in process was very easy. The beds were comfortable—as was everything else, and the beach, which was just a short walk away, was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I told the host it was one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. We stayed for our daughters wedding at Moose Point State park, and the location was so convenient, just a couple minutes and we were there! The big windows let in so mush light gave us a lovely view of the gardens wildflowers

This house was perfectly located, clean, and well appointed. I was so comfortable there and loved the extra blankets, coffee left for me, and the water pressure in the shower! The neighborhood was quiet and there is a short path down to the huge beautiful private beach where I watched the sunset. Loved it, will be back.

Perfect little house!

Great stay in Searsport!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Heart Rock Cottage. Perfect location for visiting with our family in Belfast and skiing at the Camden Snow Bowl. Cozy Maine Coast Home
