This spacious modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood, easily access to I-5. House is only 1-2 mins walking to bus stop near by Springwood Park, walking distance to city amenities such as restaurants, Wingstop, Safeway, Trader Joe's, Costco and LA fitness
Great corner location with plenty parking lots on the street. Guests will have designated parking spots in our driveway when you check in.
The house is fully furnished with outdoor grills, desks , chairs, smart TVs, refrigerators, extra blankets, towels, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc…
Guests will have access to FULL kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, patio, and garden
Keyless entry to the house and your room. You will never get locked out of the house.

The space was perfect for our needs and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had made a mistake in my booking and needed the house a day earlier then originally specified. The owner has the place cleaned from the previous rental in record time so we could get in that same day. We're truly thankful for the flexibility and effort!

Girls Vacation!

We had a lovely time in Thuy's home. The home was everything the listing shows. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location. Thuy responded to all of our requests quickly. We would stay again if returning to the area.

Very clean and plenty of towels and soap supplies. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and even a few extra treats. Would have been nice to have queen beds in two of the bedrooms with full size beds. We are not tech savvy and it would have been nice to have written instructions in order to watch television.

Great Stay and Clean

Staying here was a pleasure. House was really clean and spacious. Only thing that was a slight complaint was the religious mural on the mantle. We had a large variety of religious viewpoints and it was slightly uncomfortable for others. I would definitely recommend staying here though. We appreciate it and thank you again.
