Guest Access: You`ll have exclusive use of the entire upper level with private entrance via convenient lockbox (check-in 4 PM or later). This is a duplex property with a long-term tenant downstairs who values privacy. Your unique door code will be sent at 4 PM.
Parking: Park in the upper right parking area or gravel driveway. Please keep the area in front of the two garage doors clear for the downstairs resident.

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what`s supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.
The wood blinds in both bedrooms are decorative only - please do not try to close them. If you`d like to darken the room, please close the curtains.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals!
We are not responsible for any items left behind.

The home is conveniently located in a quiet area of Sedona. We rented 146A which is the top part of this lodge-like home. The views from the deck are beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. We would have preferred an earlier check-in without having to pay extra. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.
This spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable home in such a quiet and secluded neighborhood was just minutes off one of the main roads for ease of access to everywhere we wanted to visit in Sedona. Our hosts provided super easy instructions for arrival and a minimal checklist for the morning of departure. It was easy to whip up a great breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy our meal on the deck with sunshine and an amazing view! At night the deck was our favorite place for spectacular star gazing. After renting 3 homes through VRBO so far this year, this home had by far, the best and most comfortable beds, with wonderful quality cotton sheets, linens, and towels. What a difference that makes after a busy day of hiking and exploring to have such comfy accommodations! My friend and I loved having our own private suites, and best of all we both slept great! Thanks to our hosts for creating and sharing such a thoughtful, well-appointed, and wonderful place. We would gladly stay here again!
