This home is approximately 1,140 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a front & back patio for relaxation.

We are able to accommodate 4 guests.

**Master Bedroom 1: Unwind in a spacious retreat featuring a plush king-sized bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo for your convenience. Step right out onto the expansive deck, where a roll-up awning offers the perfect shaded spot to sip your morning coffee or relax under the evening sky.

**Bedroom 2: Sleep like royalty in the 2nd bedroom, which also offers a comfy queen-size bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment, and a spacious walk-in closet.

All bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

The bathrooms include a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. We also provide 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

**Living Room: Gather with your group in the spacious great room, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening in, this inviting living area offers plenty of room to relax. Settle into the comfortable seating and enjoy cable TV or stream your favorite shows and movies by logging into your preferred apps on the Smart TV.

*Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy home-cooked meals with ease in our fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining in. You’ll find the essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil ready for your use, along with modern appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Just off the kitchen, a cozy dining table for four creates the perfect spot to gather, share meals, and make memories.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K-Cup or a French press.

*Outdoor spaces: Guests will enjoy the convenience of a private single-car garage, along with access to the community’s shared outdoor amenities. With your key, you’ll have full use of the sparkling pool - perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings spent outdoors.

*Washer/Dryer: Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

**NOTE: We happily welcome one dog with the standard pet fee. If you’re planning to bring more than one furry friend, just send us a message, and we’ll gladly review exceptions and discuss any additional fees.

You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet, and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you!

We give our guests space, but we will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the marketing platform app where you book.

Plus, shuttle services, local tours, and trailheads are all within reach. Whether you`re here to hike the trails or unwind in style, this spot is a gem.

**REMINDER! Our area is quiet with a few full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. Also, please note that this condo includes stair access both when entering and exiting the property. We recommend this home for guests who are comfortable with stairs.

There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the condo.

We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

- Pet lovers, we welcome 1 small furry friend for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 1 dog, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damage.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
