This home is a cozy, FULLY FURNISHED, perfect for a single person, couple, or small family. In a quiet West Sedona neighborhood. Views. Close to shopping. Entire house and fenced yard preserves privacy. Wonderful hiking, a short walk up the street Sugarloaf trailhead. Air conditioning. Fully stocked kitchen, towels and bedding. Spa and yard furniture.

“Casita Madole”, nestled in the quiet Coffeepot neighborhood in West Sedona, is conveniently located within one mile of shopping and restaurants. Early Sedona Architect/Builder Howard Madole constructed this distinctively designed home from the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright. This property is just perfect! Peter has it stocked with necessary items for a home and travel including sunscreens, a first aide kit with lots of extra bandages, coffee filters, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a full cabinet of spices to use for cooking and plenty of linens to enjoy the cozy 2 person hot tub. Peter was very responsive and the property was clean, organized and well labeled upon arrival. I highly recommend!

Hiking Vacation

The location of this property was perfect for my wife and I. Our main reason for visiting Sedona was to hike on the trails in West Sedona. We used the sauna several times during our visit to soothe sore muscles. The house has all the necessary items to feel right at home and Peter was very responsive to our text & phone communications. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at this centrally located oasis. Thank you!

Sedona trip

We love to visit different places in the south west and Sedona was wonderful. This house was very clean and well stocked with all that you would need. We stayed 5 nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to some amazing hikes. The hot tub was nice and well used. Grocery and restaurant were very close as well. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again.

Great place!

Great place to stay, dogs enjoyed the backyard and looking out the living room window. Nice that we could walk out the door and up the street to some great hiking trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place and the host is very easy to work with.

Wonderful!!

Super clean everywhere, quiet and Close to everything. Cute and great furnishings, the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels for the tub. Property well maintained and did I mention CLEAN. It was the best short term rental we’ve ever had. We will be back.

Lovely home in a quiet, scenic neighborhood

This home was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It's a lovely place and felt like home. My dog appreciated the fenced yard, and we loved how convenient it was to get anywhere in Sedona. Peters place is perfect!

We never know when to except when traveling with a toddler, but Peters place was perfect for us! Conveniently located within a block from trailheads made is so easy for us to hike and return home without parking, driving, etc. Works perfect for anyone with kids! The house was clean, stocked with cleaning supplies, extra toiletries if we forgot anything, an ample amount of blankets, towels, etc. We couldnt have asked for a better stay! We will definately be back to Sedona and highly recommend this place! Thanks Peter!

Hikers Dream in West Sedona

Super clean property with easy check in. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Property is as described. Only 5 houses away from Sugarloaf trail head at end of the street. Convenient location to several other popular trailheads. Groceries and great restaurants super close. The two person hot tub was appreciated after hiking all day.
