Regardless of policy, there were no responses, just ignored. I appreciate it’s a difficult situation but no acknowledgment via several channels is rude and unprofessional. "

"This resort looks like a Hollywood movie set of an ancient city. The bed was super comfortable and big. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent. It was a true 5-star experience in Wadi Musa."

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
