Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more!

The Restful Rose is a grand mountain cabin nestled in the Wildflower Village, named for its abundance of wild flowers. It is a quiet, peaceful community with hiking trails and wildlife. Just about a 7 mile drive to the heart of Shaver.

A gorgeous covered log porch into the massive great room with beautiful rustic pine ceilings with hand hewn distressed beams. The perfect space to entertain your large family and friends. Outdoor space is wonderful with gas fire pit on a large concrete patio and horseshoe pit. There is also a large sun deck in back and smaller deck in front.

When you're spending time inside, you'll have all the comforts of home, including high-speed internet, smart flat-screen TV's and more. Cozy up in the large living room next to the free standing wood stove on stone corner hearth. It will keep you warm you on those snowy winter days!

We think you will love that each bedroom has its own full bathroom!

Towels - We provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toiletries - We provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom.
Cleaning Supplies - We provide basic cleaning essentials (laundry detergent & dishwasher pods, all-purpose spray, fabric stain remover, sponge & dish soap)

The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, with no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year-round and we want to respect that. No pets.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. Always a wonderful stay!

We have used Restful Rose several times for a yearly family gathering. It is just as the pictures represent, a cabin with a lot of beds and room for a large group. It was clean upon arrival and Jamie is an excellent host to work with. Already booked again for next year!!

Loved our stay at this house!!

We had such a great time staying at this cabin during our stay at Shaver Lake!! The cabin is a great place to hang out with friends after a day at the lake, cooking, barbecuing, sitting on the porch either in the front or back of the house and the fire pit was such a great bonus!! Would definitely book this place again when we visit Shaver next time!

Beautiful cabin & wonderful stay

The Restful Rose is a gorgeous and well-equipped cabin with everything we needed. Ample space for relaxing around the fire or playing games, luxurious master bath and it was so nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. The neighborhood is lovely and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. We got a few feet of snow the last day and there were fun little areas for the kids to sled around. Definitely recommend for families and friend groups, and Jamie is an excellent and responsive host.

Great family get away

We enjoyed this property and it accommodated well a large family with a variety of age ranges from adults down to 10 years old. The variety of beds in the bedrooms allowed for comfortable sharing of rooms by the kids, and a bathroom in each bedroom made for a very comfortable stay and ease of cleaning up after a day at the lake. Loved the quiet neighborhood; the fire pit, ping pong, foosball made for a lot of fun time together. We enjoyed daily walks around the quiet neighborhood. The AC was a must for my husband in the summer months. Truly enjoyed the layout of the cabin, it was well stocked with dishes, towels, beds, blankets for the amount of people staying at the cabin. Would love to take the family there again.
