This newly-renovated contemporary is 15 minutes from Woodstock, NY and suited for relaxing retreats, friend and family getaways, or work-from-home extended stays.

With unobstructed views of the Catskills Mountains and Ashokan Reservoir, stunning sunsets, and an abundance of Natural beauty, this artfully-designed Catskills vacation home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax and unwind.

Located near the top of a mountain road, with a 1000 sq. ft. outdoor deck and large side yard, the 2 acre property features privacy, serenity, and the fragrant aroma of fresh, mountain air and spruce trees.

The almost 2800 sq. feet of contemporary living space is spread out on three levels for living, entertaining, and relaxing.

The ground floor features a TV and movie screening lounge with its own kitchenette and a full bath. Guests may also use the provided basic fitness equipment for health and wellness routines.

The main floor is bathed in sunlight through a wall of windows featuring spectacular views of the Catskills Mountains and Ashokan Reservoir. There is a large living room with a wood-burning stove, stylish decor, and eclectic art that opens directly to the outdoor deck; a tidy half bath; and an open-concept, full kitchen with modern appliances and visually-appealing design elements. Dinners can be enjoyed at the large, stone island or outdoors on the deck - just steps away from seasonal herb and flower gardens.

The deck spans the entire length of the house, with multi-levels and use areas. It features Adirondack chairs, a dining table with umbrella, stylish wood loungers with black and white striped cushions, a propane grill, outdoor food prep area, seasonal plantings, and a hot tub. A European-style, retractable striped awning can be cranked open for ample shade, or to complete the look of a chic, outdoor spa or bistro.

The top floor is reached by an enclosed wooden staircase, which leads to a tropical-feeling lounge area with the first of many breathtaking views of the mountains and reservoir, and a cozy hammock for napping or reading. The two Queen-sized bedrooms are large, artfully decorated, comfortable and private; each features inspiring mountain and reservoir views directly from bed. The master bedroom enjoys a large, en suite bath with a glass shower and soaking tub, and a second full bathroom with shower and tub is shared between the other two bedrooms. The bunk room with two, full-sized stacked beds, offers a good-sized work-from-home area with a desk and shelves; this room also has a large window, and it frames out a woods-view of pine and spruce trees.

This is an eco-conscious home powered by solar energy, with a modern heat pump HVAC system zoned for different rooms and areas of the house. An EV charger is on hand for free charging of vehicles during your stay (Tesla adapters are required).

Creatives will especially love the well-curated art, textiles, and ability to unplug and allow for ideas to manifest. Wellness and spiritual devotees will find the perfect conditions and spaces to meditate, reflect, and release stress or tension.
