Modern Sanctuary by the Silverleaves Beach

There are 2 living areas in this great house, the lower level offers the ideal retreat with main bathroom, laundry, two bedrooms, a kitchenette and large open living space with bunk beds and a single bed. There are bean bag and chairs making it perfect for two families or a teenager retreat. The property also has two smart Tv's with Netflix and Stan and Wifi.

Upstairs find the perfectly appointed kitchen with gas hotplates and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining and family room open onto a large deck with outdoor seating and Bbq, perfect for enjoying a wine and taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The wall of windows provides a stunning view of the reserve. There is a wood heater to keep you snug during the cooler months.

This level has the master bedroom with semi en-suite, built in robes and its own balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the mornings.

There is also reverse cycle heating / cooling system upstairs and downstairs.

Take about a 5 minute drive to reach the town centre or wander just under 200 metres to the beach. This property is Pet Friendly, strictly outside only in a secure backyard.

The house was in a lovely position, looking out over wetlands and in walking distance to the beach. Silverleaves is a lovely quiet area. The house was clean and as described. The house worked very well for two family groups, and was well set up for children.The only concern was the master bathroom taps that are not working well, and this could be easily fixed.We would happily come back

Superb Silverleaves

Beautiful house in a great location in Silverleaves. A short walk to the beach and short drive to everything else. Amazing views from the upstairs deck with morning visits from the kookaburras. Lots of wallabies to spot and the telescope was a nice touch for looking over the wetlands. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location

The property is really private, well located and safe for kids. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed just after Christmas and we are aware sometimes it is hard to find cleaners. The house was very grubby and that was the only downside. The feedback was taken on board which was appreciated.

Phillip island getaway

This house was a hidden gem. Location was tucked away in a little community, just two blocks away from the beach. Downstairs was perfect for the kids with the bunks, toys, books, games, etc, and upstairs was where we all hung out together. There was a trampoline, table tennis and a swing outside, great fun for all. However, cleanliness wasn’t the best, spider webs everywhere, no locks on toilet doors, the oven was grossly unclean, and the linen we paid for was delivered at the agency rather than at the house (which we had to collect). Sneezing and coughing was through the roof, and we realized it was when we used the split system heaters, had a look at them and saw the filters look like they’ve never been cleaned. Overall, we did love it, just wish a few things were done better.

Beautiful Silverleaves

We had a fantastic stay in Silverleaves. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, a really short stroll to the beach and cafe. The house is perfect for larger families, and almost serves as 2 houses in one. The upper story overlooks wetlands and the house is fully equipped with everything kids need: games, craft, Nintendo, swing, trampoline (although it needs a good clean up after the winter winds and rain) We definitely hope to return one day.

Beautiful family holiday home in a superb location

We are a large family who enjoyed a 4-night getaway at this awesome fully equipped house. The kids never got bored - large trampoline, video games, video on demand smart TVs, table tennis, books, and more. Short walk to a quiet beach which we enjoyed every day. Convenient hose facility at front yard to easily wash off sand from our feet and beach equipment - a simple thing like this makes a lot of difference. Fully equipped kitchen with all condiments and nice dining area inside and on the balcony. We can't wait to stay here again. Only slight downside is the WiFi doesn't reach the 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Great time in Silverleaves

Fab family home. Great location. Lots of space, good for kids and teenagers. Huge trampoline. Lovely cross breezes. General cleanliness a bit disappointing but not enough to spoil the experience. Wifii patchy downstairs. Would definitely return.

Perfect relaxing hideaway

What a great location and great house for a short break and holiday. Our kids loved it and we would come and stay again. The cupboards had ample supplies. Due to the timing I am not sure if the place was cleaned prior to our stay but that will not stop us going again.

Gorgeous outlook, close to quiet beach

We had a lovely short stay. The house is comfortable with all the conveniences you need. The view from the top level looking over the wetlands is gorgeous. A short walk to the beach and good coffee at Silverleaves General Store.
