Great views of runway had asked for highest floor b4 arrival and got 3rd floor. Was ok but would have preferred higher as requested, staff said unable to move rooms. Hotel also had roof viewing on 5th floor. Lovely pool area and loungers, attentive pool staff with food and drinks. Cant comment on restaurant as did not use, preferred local restaurants instead. Fridge in room allowed you to get supplies from local gorcery store to use as u wished. Had a relaxed trip felt we'd been away for ages.

I felt like because i booked through expedia and not directly with the resort that I got the worst pool view room at the resort. I was on ground floor and almost in the lobby. I asked for better room and was declined both times. There were only two rooms in the hallway a few feet from the llobby, and i got one of those rooms, and my friend got the other. We both booked through expedia. The rooms was directly across from the gym in a small hallway and kitchen was next to gym directly across from my room. The staff was very loud all throughout the night in that hallway across from my room. They gathered there to talk and would constantly wake me up. The kitchen was very very loud with dishes an pots and pans clashing all day and night. The guy at front desk didn't do much to help accommodate us at all. On my 2nd night the entertainment person just walked to our balcony and took my table from my balcony and used to prop his equipment on. He did the same thing another night to my friend who was next door to me. Our rooms were directly infront of restaurant seating via our balcony so we couldn't open our curtains or step outside while people were eating because it was like we were basically sitting at their dinner or lunch table because my balcony was so close. I booked well in advanced to have had a better room or put on a 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. This made my vacation not much enjoyable while on the property. When in our room we felt shut in because of how close we were to people

No complaints I really liked the resort the entire crew were amazing starting at the front desk to the restaurant Louisiana made sure I had everything I needed when I went to the restaurant and Nick the bartender at the bar he’s one of the reasons why I chose the Morgan I saw a video on TikTok of how he takes care of the guests and omg he is really amazing and so friendly he makes you feel comfortable and check on everyone
