"The bed sheets were not changed throughout my stay. I even left a lipstick mark on purpose to check, and the sheets were still not replaced. There was no shampoo provided initially — we had to request it. The building is very old, the shower is extremely small, and the internet connection was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place to others."

"Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised. "

"The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!"
