'Casa Cava' is one of the most unique apartments for rent in Sitges. It is located in the heart of the old town, just a minute's walk from San Sebastian beach, known as the most beautiful beach in Sitges.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, etc. The living room is spacious with French doors leading out to a private terrace. From the terrace/outdoor area, you will see Davadalla Park, and the apartment's closest neighbor is the medieval Palau del Rei Moro (Moorish King's Palace), which dates back to the 14th century and was renovated in the 20th century. Relaxing on the terrace, surrounded by beautiful flowers, the park and the castle, gives a feeling that cannot be described but must be experienced. It is a particular place where the painters of the modernist era were inspired to find the light and colours of the Mediterranean. The terrace is a special place to have breakfast in the morning, while feeling the sea breeze from San Sebastian beach on your skin. The apartment has a unique traditional Spanish style combined with modern art and interior, by local Sitges artists. It is renovated and equipped with the latest technology such as high-speed Wifi, Bluetooth stereo/speakers, Smart-TV with Netflix and a powerful adjustable air conditioning system in all rooms. The apartment has two entrances, one from the terrace directly into the apartment and one from a pedestrian street in the old town, which leads via a narrow staircase to the kitchen. Near this entrance is the local butcher, as well as a fruit and grocery store. Here you can get everything you need to prepare breakfast and other meals. The location is one street away from the local pubs and nightlife, and is quiet and peaceful at night. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars in the old town, and just a minute walk from the iconic Sitges church.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
