The Space:
Luxurious 180m2 holiday duplex with capacity for 7 people, decorated in a style between Provençal and Tuscan, with exquisite taste. The floor is handmade clay and the doors are made of old oak (some more than 150 years old). It has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed; and it also has a cinema room with a high-resolution projector and also a double bed, so you can enjoy the most comfortable movie session, with your partner or family. The living room has huge silk armchairs in front of a marble fireplace, with paintings by Miró and Reig. The library has a magnificent LOEWE television. On the second floor, a spacious dining room/kitchen, in warm colors, with a huge table next to the terrace door, from which you can see the sea, the bay of Sitges and the green of the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

Located near beautiful sandy beaches and next to the heart of the Aiguadolç marina, listed as one of the best in the Mediterranean. The contrast between the modern moorings and the architectural essence of the old fishing villages is attractive and natural, reconciling tradition and luxury on the seashore. In summer, the turquoise color of the sea and the boats fill the bars and restaurants on the seafront with a maritime atmosphere.
Sitges
The picturesque city of Sitges is an old fishing village that preserves the magic of its narrow, steep streets, adorned by large white houses that seem to evoke a coastal town in Greece. It highlights important medieval notes and extends along 4km of beach. The ancient city, whose architectural and cultural offering is impressive, is located on a hill next to the sea, around the Church of San Bartolome and Santa Tecla (17th century). It is worth highlighting the wide variety of restaurants and bars of recognized quality.
Very close to the port are some of the best beaches in the area, such as the Balmins coves, a nudist and family beach, and Aiguadolç beach. In addition to sailing, there is the historic Terramar Golf Club and two equestrian centers. Just a ten-minute walk will take you to the old town of Sitges, between narrow streets full of charm and buildings full of history.
Art and culture
The cultural agenda of Sitges has important meetings such as the International Vintage Car Rally (a Festival of National Tourist Interest), the International Film Festival of Catalonia or the celebration of Corpus Christi. In addition, visitors can get closer to the culture of the area through three museums. The Rusiñol workshop exhibits, along with his own, works by El Greco, Zuloaga and Picasso. For its part, in the Maricel Museum you can admire collections of Romanesque and Gothic art and a gallery of Modern Art. To delve deeper into 19th century Catalan society, a visit to the Romantic Museum is essential.
