It has capacity for 4 people, as it has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (with a shower) and a sofa bed in the living room.

The small kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay: fridge, coffee maker, two cooking rings and all kitchenware. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The entire apartment is surrounded by a balcony from where you can enjoy the sun and Sitgetan life. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and another in the bedroom for hot summer days. The apartment has Wi-Fi included in the price.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
