The breakfast was the best! Made to order omelettes , bacon, sausage, French toast. Definitely one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have had . Also the check in staff was very nice . We stayed at a Hilton Suites in Chicago and liked it so much that we booked the chain again for this trip

While my previous experience received higher rates, my recent visit (2/13-16/26), came with a bit of disappointments. The first suite assigned to (#107), the HVAC system was operating loud. The noise would stop, then continued through most of the night. Suite (#107) HVAC system is located with the bedroom, so there is no door to muffle the sound. Management changed my suite to (#542), however, the same issue occurred in the exact same manner. Loud at night. However, the HVAC system was located in the outer room. The door between the rooms muffled the noise at night. I opted not to complain again, since I did not want to change suites again. Not to mention, using the power of feedback in hopes of bringing attention to the matter may be more effective. My visits are intended for fun, and relaxation, of which I was not pleased during this visit. I trust that my concerns will be appropriately addressed and receive feedback from management. Staffing, overall, are always professional and courteous. Especially, enjoyed dining at Ellington's restaurant.

We stayed here for a quick family getaway and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary drinks during the evening reception were a great bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Bad experience. It took me 30 minutes to get one drink and 1hr and half for the food. With a full hotel they only have 1 person in the bar and 1 person to get the orders at the restaurant. On top of that they charged me $25 for 30 minutes late check out. I’m not going there anymore

I room was very outdated. I booked a premium stay in which suppose to include snacks, beverages etc and there was NOTHING premium about this stay at all. I addressed the issue with the front desk and they gave me a cold shoulder and just said oh we don’t have that option any longer although I paid the “premium” prices. I then asked if I can get a different room being that the premium was prion wasn’t available they said no that’s all they have so I had an uncomfortable stay because it was the first room in the lobby right next to the front desk which was a lot of traffic and very noisy. This is unacceptable especially being a Hilton honors member for numerous years.
