*Please note this property is located DOWNTOWN in the city of South Haven and there is ONE parking space reserved BEHIND the building. There is only an entrance at the front of the property. There is free parking in the adjacent lot behind the property and free street parking in front of the building, but it may be limited during the high season.

*There are TWO staircases in this townhome style building.

*The primary ensuite bathtub is currently out of order, but the separate shower works.

PARKING: There is ONE reserved parking spot behind the unit in the city alleyway and free street parking. Please note: there is NOT a back entrance available, guests will have to walk around the building to the front entrance if utilizing the reserved parking spot.



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 10 people (sleeps 6)

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
