On the main level, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and an additional sitting room/den that opens to a private screen porch. Upstairs you'll find three generous bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a lofted seating area overlooking the main level great room. Beautifully polished wood flooring leads you from one room to the next.

The real gem of this home is all the outside space. A beautiful back deck overlooks a wooded scene where you're sure to catch a glimpse of some wildlife... deer, birds, squirrels and more will all be part of the relaxing atmosphere. An enclosed screen porch is the perfect place to enjoy the cooler evenings with friends and family.

Just a beautiful 1/2-mile stroll away, you will find a path to Lake Michigan. This is great access for a morning or sunset swim, to put in a kayak or paddle board, or to browse the shore for rocks and fossils. For a day at a larger beach, we recommend checking out North or South Beach in South Haven or the Oval or Douglas Beach in Saugatuck/Douglas.

This home is located very close to Lake Michigan. High-speed internet is not available in the area. Internet is provided by Frontier and can be spotty at times. Cell phone reception may also be spotty.
Water is brought to this home by a well. The water is then filtered and softened. Due to the high mineral content in our area, the water will taste and smell a bit different than city water.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
The gas fireplace on the screen porch is not available for use. ​
