Everything was great EXCEPT the bed. We must have had the hardest bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was terrible! The customer service was top notch. The room was outstanding and comfortable other than the bed. The breakfast was wonderful. I just dont know why the bed was so bad.

On Saturday most items were out. It seemed exceptionally busy. Saturday night kids were running up and down the hall. I was about to notify the staff at 10 pm when they quited down. "
