The staff is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. the rooms are extremely clean and I always feel so relaxed. My daughter is at Missouri State so we come to Springfield quite often. I will always stay here as the staff and rooms can't be beat and the prices are very fair and affordable which means alot when you have to pay college tuition!

Great Bed

The bed was very soft and comfortable! My only suggestion is to upgrade the toilet paper and make the entry doors to the rooms soft close so they don’t slam and wake people that are already in bed!

This was a great hotel to stay in. We felt safe, breakfast was great, service was polite and prompt. Would have liked to have been able to go into the hot tub, but overall we are happy with our experience.

The hotel was clean, beds were VERY comfortable and the front desk staff during check in and throughout our stay were so friendly! The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. At 8am on a Sat (when breakfast started at 7) there should be tons of items and stocked. Multiple things were gone (eggs, biscuits, sausage) and we waited but no one came to restock. The waffle maker didn’t work appropriately and there was no nonstick spray so everything stuck and came out burned. That would be my only complaint was the breakfast. I’d stay here again with my family though and we all slept well and our room was very nice.
