They really messed up our reservation. We were supposed to have a Studio 6 room w/ King Bed, Non-Smoking. The first room may have been that but the door refused to unlock and open. Then they gave us a room w/ only a Queen Bed and was a Smoking room (stunk!) . We couldn't stay there..finally after about an 1.5 hrs (missed our engagement we came up for because of all the delays) they gave us a larger room w/ 2 Queen Beds and only a small fridge instead of a Kitchen w/ a full fridge like what we originally reserved. Before they gave us that room we were promised a $50 refund toward, but that has NOT showed up on our card...its been a week.

We only had 1 chair instead of 2 to sit at the table. The WIFI was appalling and did not work in our room, we spoke to reception and they said tell the manager tomorrow?? Car park was fine, kitchen was ok but not much use with no crockery or cutlery or any pans to cook with? The room was however clean and the bed comfortable

Stayed for a week loved the location couldnt hear the highway nothing. Barely had housekeeping so we constantly left our trash barrel outside just so they would empty it.. everyone seemed friendly

One of the worst place I have ever stayed. Smells terrible. And I had an incident. The bathroom door got locked and I called the front desk guy to get the key to open the door. Instead he brought a screwdrivers and broke the key to the bathroom and that’s fine but later when I accidentally close the bathroom, it locked the bathroom again and there is no way to open the bathroom door because the Friend desk guy broke the lock alreadyand I went back again downstairs to ask if they have any screwdrivers to open the bathroom but the radio there gave me a pair of scissors to open the door. What if I got struck inside the bathroom without the phon. Terrible and unsafe place. Never recommend anyone to use this.

Good place for allergy sufferers, clean!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Elevator is a bit slow as one is out of service but the stairs are well-lit and easily accessible. Lots of vending options and laundry facility. Near major shopping center. Room is very clean. Full size fridge. Feels very safe. I have allergies and often react to hotel rooms but have not had to take any antihistamines! Extended my stay.

THEY have problems with other guests & charge ME!?

I had intended to stay 9 days at the Studio 6 in Springfield. Check-in was mostly smooth. The lobby had a very heavy odor of marijuana, but hey... maybe it was a guest smoking outside? The first night I was disturbed by other guests screaming and arguing up and down the hallway, with a visit by the police capping it off. I checked out the next morning, and during the process the clerk told me there was a one night penalty for early checkout. $92.35 charge for THEIR uncomfortable conditions????? Noted.
