Only steps to the Sand and Surf from your front door, Lagoon Island Pool views from your rear balcony and Oceanside Pool and Ocean views from your front door.
Your unit is conveniently located a steps away from one of only two elevators in Ocean Villas. Ideal for your handicap needs as well as loading and unloading convenience.
This Condo offers three bedrooms (one King Master BDRM /one Queen BDRM/one Twin BDRM/one Queen Sleeper Sofa).
Completely renovated and newly furnished the unit has a beautiful new, open and modern kitchen, Travertine Floors, new furnishings, three large flat screen LCD HD TVs, cable tv, wi fi connectivity, washer/ dryer, and much more.
Ocean Villas offers two large pools for all guests, an Ocean side pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool located immediately outside your rear balcony. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. Both pools have His and Hers bathrooms located poolside.
A large gazebo is located between the beach and the ocean pool. It offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun and foul weather. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs.
Ideally located, Ocean Villas Condominium Community is within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We loved the rooms central location in the complex. Being near both pools was a great amenity. The condo was spacious and we loved the large open kitchen and living room area. The furniture was very comfortable.Would love to stay here again!

Good for the Price

Excellent location to the beach, local restaurants, and mini golf. Gated, private parking. Plenty of living space for 6 of us. The queen size bed listed is actually a full. The laundry room is outside of the unit and has a musty smell.

Great pools and beach

Easy beach access and great pools. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice, beds were very comfortable. Deck off master and living room was spacious. Small minor issue with ceiling fan lights not functional. Overall great stay!

Nice property

The property location was really nice. Proximity to beach and pools was an added bonus. Our kids loved the heated pool. The unit was fairly clean upon arrival outside of the dishwasher that was still full of dishes. The washer and dryer need updating. The washer struggled to spin dry a medium load of laundry. The unit was also very noisy so I don’t feel like we got a good night of sleep during this trip. This is a second floor unit and it sounded like there was a stampede of elephants above us. This noise went on late in the evening and started back by 7am. I’ve stayed in plenty of condos and have never had this issue. If we were to stay at ocean villas again, we would probably opt for a third floor unit for a more quiet environment.

Multigenerational family trip

Wonderful family trip! The location can’t be beat. View from the balcony, of the pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard, was amazing! Unit was large and nicely decorated. Clean! Stocked with everything we needed. We will be back and will try to get this unit again.

family vacation

The condo was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was stained and looked dirty. The placemats that were put out on the table were dirty. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances (which we did not use), but the cookware (pots and pans) were very scratched up. We brought most of what we needed to cook with anyway. The balcony was very nice. However, the cigarette smoke from the downstairs tennant was annoying. An outdoor grill is mentioned, but is so rusted through, it is unusable. We did appreciate the owners quick response to all of our questions, especially when my daughter went to check in. We had gotten no email from the rental office on instructions, and there was no one at the office. Other than that, we had a great time. Knowing what I know going forward, I would probably rent this property again.

Labor Day

Everything was great. Last couple days they had the bigger pool closed for maintenance. Everything was great could have better Wi-Fi because we couldn’t access very much on the TV since we had issues. We will be back again. Be nice to have some coupons or something like that available to eat or entertainment.

Girl's Trip

Space was definitely big enough for 6 girl's. Bring extra TP. One half used rolls in each bathroom. Bring stand up fan, rooms get hot. Beach buggy is very dry rotted, bring your own. There is a 1/2 dollar size hole in kitchen floor. Afterstubbing toe, put rug over it. Pools and beach were great. Location great gor dining and activities.

Another Great Family Vacation

We had another wonderful stay at the Ocean Villas. We’ve been vacationing in St. Augustine as a family in the Ocean Villas Condos for 7 years now and we’ve stayed in different ones each time. This specific unit met most our needs and we really liked the location within the villas. The only thing that I would note for anyone staying is to bring your own beach towels (there was zero provided) and if you like to cook in the kitchen beware that while the kitchen has your bare minimum needs, it isn’t the best quality cookware. Also, they mean it when they say bring your own spices. There was only salt and pepper. Also, only one trash bag was provided. Usually there’s an extra bag provided to get you through. And the kitchen trash can is way too small so we filled ours up in the first meal and had not yet had a chance to get to the store to replace it. So just bring a few to have on hand for the first day or so. Other than those things the unit was clean and comfortable for my family. Also, having to go and pick up a key off property was a bit inconvenient but a quick pick up. I would recommend a keyless door to the owner or rental property management company.

My family and I had a wonderful, pleasant, peaceful, fun stay at your condo. Loved the setup up of the condo and the location to both the pools and the beach. The condo was well taken care of and the landscaping was well maintained. We loved it so much! Would stay here again!!!

Independence Day vacay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Villas. This unit is strategically located to have views of both pools and the property out towards the ocean. It is a lovely unit with great amenities and a fully stocked kitchen including a crockpot! The host is gracious and quick to provide information and responses as needed. This was our second year staying and we are planning next year’s trip!

Great Getaway!

First visit ever to St. Augustine Beach and we will be back. Perfect size condo for our family (6 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 8). Very well maintained grounds at Ocean Villas and the condo looks to have been recently upgraded. Locals said our timing was perfect as the crowds and traffic will pick up. We had zero hassles. 2nd floor unit was steps from the elevator and we easily transitioned chairs, umbrellas and coolers/snacks to the beach. Of the two pools, our youngest really enjoyed the zero depth entry. Very convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. All in all, we couldn't have asked for much better.

A very nice condo that perfectly suited our family

Loved the view of the lagoon pool. Kitchen is well stocked but could be reorganized to leave room for groceries. The sleeping arrangements are very good for a larger family. We really enjoyed our stay. Particularly liked the elevator being close by.
