Evenings settle gently, offering time to unwind after exploring nearby St. Augustine or spending hours by the water.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 6 guests, this three-level home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths arranged to provide both comfort and privacy. Each bedroom creates a restful space to recharge, with bathroom essentials and bed linens provided. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience, especially after beach outings or longer stays.

Living spaces
Natural light fills the open living area, where comfortable seating and an HDTV create an inviting place to relax. Whether you’re streaming a favorite show or enjoying a quiet moment indoors, the space feels airy and easygoing. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or staying connected, while an in-home elevator ensures smooth access across all three levels.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table that brings everyone together for morning coffee or evening meals. A grill and barbecue utensils make it simple to enjoy outdoor cooking, adding to the laid-back coastal experience.

Outdoor living & pool
A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering a place to take in the fresh air throughout the day. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house. With beach access just across A1A, shoreline walks and ocean swims are always close by. Beach essentials are provided for added ease during your stay.

Parking & essentials
A private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox make arrival simple. Free parking on premises - 3 spaces - offers plenty of room, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort year-round, alongside home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Dog-friendly stays
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, allowing your four-legged companion to join your stay.

Neighborhood
Set in North Vilano Beach, you’re just steps from the Atlantic shoreline while remaining minutes from the historic streets, dining, and cultural landmarks of St. Augustine. It’s a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to both beach days and city exploration.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
