This 3rd floor balcony suite has a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Bright blues in the living room and bedroom give you a reminder of the view that is just outside the sliding glass door. This condo has an impact Sliding glass door which cuts down on the noise of the breeze off the ocean. The queen sleeper sofa in living room has a comfortable memory foam mattress and is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the ocean or the view of the 32" flat screen TV. This condo's kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom has a newer tub. For a great night's sleep, we turn to the bedroom where a King Size Sealy Pillowtop awaits. Fall asleep to the 26" flat screen TV. The bedroom has horizontal blinds so that you can enjoy the sunlight while still enjoying some privacy. This condo has everything you need to make your stay just right for you. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Simple apartment right on the beach

This is a great, clean apartment with a beachside and pool view with easy access. The bed is quite comfortable, but the pullout couch is old, uncomfortable, and small for two additional people. I had to put the mattress on the floor. So I would say it's perfect for 2 adults.

Beautiful view

Loved the views from our condo. Enjoyed the relaxed feel around the pool and watching the ocean. We even managed to get a video of dolphins just off the beach. The condo was adequate but unfortunately we found the sofa lacking. It was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The tap at the bathroom sink needs to be fixed, the water pressure was very low. We had to clean our teeth and wash our hands in the kitchen sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Rocky start- fabulous end

Check in was a breeze. Ocean views were glorious. One glitch, was a water leak. They moved us to another room. After that-smooth sailing.

Pier and pool closed

Beach entrance and pool is closed for maintenance that was not listed in the add. A lot of the piers were closed in that area. I was upgraded to a different room for no extra charge because the sidewalks were also being repaired right in front of the room we booked.

Short stay

This is a good, clean, and functional property for a short visit of 1-2 people. Any more would be very crowded. Think Embassy Suites with a oven and stove.

Great getaway

This condo is cozy for two. The ocean view from the dinette table and the balcony is wonderful. The sound of the waves from the balcony is calming. The white table and chairs on the balcony is a pleasant update. The kitchen and supplies were adequate. There was one loose knob on the stove. The bedroom is adequate, enough space and storage for two. Loved the bedroom blinds. The bathroom is nicely updated. Plenty bathroom supplies. The sofa springs are a little weak. There is a large microwave. I loved that the beach was not crowded. Its a family friendly beach. There were more dogs on the beach than I expected. The beach sand is white and unbelievably powdery. There were two life guards in sight. There was plenty of parking. The neighborhood appears safe. The front desk personnel was professional and friendly. The pool and beach area is well kept. The elevator and ice machine area and the restrooms near the pool needs an update. The condos have a rating of gold, silver and bronze. Yes, I would rent this particular condo again!

Perfect for one

The condo was in an excellent location, pool great and beach access easy. The actual condo was a bit outdated and sized for 1-2 comfortably. It needs a new coffee maker for sure if you love your morning coffee
 it was burnt. Overall. I would stay here again.

vey tiny, great beach

The condo is VERY TINY and was even tight for just 2 adults. We had to use the top of the safe and a chair in the LR just to keep our suitcases off the floor (and there wasn't a dresser to put clothes in). Beautiful, wide sandy beach. Pack light when you go!

Relaxing Stay

The front office called us when the unit was ready since we checked in early. That was really nice since we could run to the grocery store for supplies and not waste time. The unit was very clean,overlooking the ocean. We did have to buy a fry pan since the kitchen utensils were very lacking, but on vacation.... worked out. Nice to have extra blanket when we called for one. Overall was nice to be away from busy tourist area, but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Try Aunt Kates restaurant on Vilano Beach area for great food and views.

Don’t miss St Augustine

Condo was right on ocean with beautiful sunrise views. Go 2 blocks south- turn on Green st to get sunset views. Everything worked as expected- check in was hospitable. Boardwalk to ocean very nice.

Nice condo

The condo was just as this to end very clean. You have to realize when booking that it is not very big but the view of the ocean in the pool oh well worth it. It is perfect for a couple but a stretch for more than two. Location is really the best thing about the rental.
